Eagle Racks grew from a young inventor's desire not to carry a heavy backpack full of books when riding her bike to school. The solution was to create a bike rack attachment that was big enough to hold a backpack, but easily folds up and detaches with a click when not in use.

We realized there was an opportunity in doing what high end roof rack companies did in creating a system of specialized carriers for those hard-to-carry items like soccer balls, trumpets, tennis rackets, and even groceries, with our air shock system.
